In 1994 photographer and director George Duroy published „Lukas Story“, his first own-produced gay hardcore movie. Before this he worked for the American Falcon Studios. “Intimate Friends”, the first photobook featuring Bel Ami boys was published by Bruno
Gmünder in 1996. Since then many additional Bel Ami volumes
followed – all of them have been a huge success. Born in Slovakia, George Duroy decided to build his own gay dream factory. Under the trademark Bel Ami his models quickly became famous worldwide. Heroes of porn like Lukas Ridgeston and Johan Paulik became leading actors in uncounted gay men´s wet dreams.
